Hair Guarantee

A consultation is required before booking any hair-extension service. The consultation fee is $75, paid at the time of booking.

The consultation allows us to examine your natural hair, discuss the style you want, determine the best extension method, match the appropriate hair colour and texture, determine the length and amount of hair needed, and confirm that the necessary hair is available before your installation appointment.

The $75 consultation fee is charged separately at the time of your consultation. If you go on to book an extension service with us, the consultation fee is applied toward your service balance. If you do not book a service, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Extension appointments are booked only after a consultation has been completed and approved by Gaby Hair Extensions. This protects you from booking a method, colour or length that is not right for your natural hair.

Following your consultation, your extension appointment is normally scheduled approximately one week later, allowing time to prepare the correct hair and supplies for you.

Your extension appointment includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, installation and final styling. Hair supplied by Gaby Hair Extensions is included in the extension-service price.

Clients may choose to bring their own extension hair. If you bring your own hair, you do so at your own risk.

Gaby Hair Extensions cannot guarantee the quality, durability, colour consistency, texture, shedding, tangling or overall performance of hair purchased from another supplier.

Because we cannot control the quality of outside hair, there are no refunds, free replacement hair, or guarantees related to client-supplied hair. The client is responsible for making sure the hair purchased is appropriate for the extension method selected.

When the extension hair is supplied by Gaby Hair Extensions, we stand behind our installation and your experience in our chair.

If you have any concern with the installation or styling, contact us promptly following your appointment. We will evaluate the concern and, where the issue relates to our installation or styling, make the necessary correction at no additional service charge under our 100% hair guarantee.

Concerns about installation or styling should be raised promptly after your appointment. Where the concern relates to our craftsmanship, adjustments are made at no additional service charge.

The correction appointment will be scheduled promptly with our senior stylist.

If extended time has passed since the original appointment, routine adjustment or repositioning services are charged at an accessible rate starting at $150.

After 30 days from the original installation, the service is no longer considered a correction. Any removal, reinstall, major adjustment or new style is charged at the full current price of the applicable service.

Our guarantee does not cover damage or problems caused by:

Placeholder — please review and adjust. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit paid, as the hair and time have already been reserved for you.

Placeholder — please review and adjust. A grace period of 15 minutes is offered. Arrivals beyond that may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or may be subject to a late fee, out of respect for the clients booked after you.
